Hi amiga! I know some things about inner transformation. I used to struggle pretty bad with not knowing how to manage my stress and emotions. So much so, that I developed severe health issues (a debilitating autoimmune disorder), struggled with social anxiety, had pretty bad mood swings (spouts of irritability and anger), and stayed too long in unhealthy relationships. This all took me to go inward and do the healing! I’m obsessed with showing women that we are able to heal and create whatever we want no matter what the present circumstances are!
